Ruma 3's Playground!!!

  

WALT : Measure length work out the area and perimeter of a shape. Use our knowledge of fractions and time tables.

We made a playground for room 3 so this is how we made it.

So what we used was cardboard, tape,scissors and straws.

First we made the rock climbing wall with cardboard and straws.

then we made a see saw with cardboard and  tape.

Lastly we taped them all together now we have a rock climbing wall and a see saw.

WALT : Use Our Senses, Collect Data and Describe A Substance.

Today we did an experiment, We had two substances. I think the first substance was baking powder and the second one was Vinegar. We used our five senses to help us describe the substances. I think it exploded because the baking powder reacted to the vinegar.

WAL - The class roles in Ruma 4. We had to make a google drawing about the topic that we choose. I picked the topic Filming because i had lots of information about it.

Maths goals term 1

My number knowledge goal is to learn how to read and order any number up to 1000,000.

The strategy i am going to learn this term is place value partitioning.

The timetable i am going to learn this term is my 8 times tables.
